At Lil’ Squishy, we want you to love your Squishies as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage (unless the item arrived defective).
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Customized or personalized squishies
Exchanges
If your squishy arrives defective or damaged, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item or issue store credit.
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
