Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Cost
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method selected.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain amount.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Custom & Duties ( International )
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
• Lil’ Squishy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your squishy.
